Alzheimer’s Queensland allied health arm, AQ Rehab, is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider, specialising in managing cognitive, physical or neurodegenerative disability in older Australians aged 50 – 65.

At Alzheimer’s Queensland we recognise that everyone has the right to live a rich and fulfilling life, one which is not defined by disability. We support clients and their carers with a range of disabilities including; early onset dementia, stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal injury and other cognitive and physical disabilities.

Our specialist care experts can support you with a range of services including:

Support coordination
Allied health services (physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy)
In home support (social, personal care, domestic)
Centre based activities (day and overnight respite)

We also have a strong background in aged care and carer support frameworks, and can provide specialist support to clients who are transitioning from aged care to NDIS or accessing supports from both sectors.
