• Each home level in McNally House comprises a domestic-style kitchen which is the heart of the home. This enables McNally House Ladies to part-take in all aspects of planning their meals, cooking and clean-up with the assistance of AQ’s Homemakers.
• An open plan home design where the dining and a main living area are situated next to the kitchen. Occupants can seamlessly flow through the areas socialising, enjoying family style meals and a flurry of recreational activities.
• McNally House Homemakers have been especially selected as they value individualised, person- directed approach in the care and support they provide. Our homemakers are person focused and not task focused. We believe that everyone deserves to grow and thrive no matter where they reside. We focus on promoting dignity, independence and encourage contribution in all aspects of daily life.
• The McNally House team has a deep knowledge of differing cultural experiences needs and interests in our community. They understand that caring for someone encompasses spiritual and emotional needs and not just about the care needs.
  Our Older Ladies’s clinical needs are supported and addressed by our Household Nurse and by a full suite of allied healthcare professionals, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, a Dietician, Speech Pathologist, Music Therapist, and more.
• All home levels of McNally House feature an intimate living room within proximity to all bedrooms. Every living space offers household members a sense of ownership and personalization, and their families an opportunity to spend time with/entertain their loved ones.
• Our bedrooms are spacious, can be personalized in line with each occupant's preferences with their personal belongings including furniture. Our bedrooms are provided with a domestic style bed and personalized bed clothing. Bathed in natural sunlight from oversized windows, McNally House seamlessly connects internal spaces with beautifully appointed external courtyards and entertainment areas.
