AQ Health

AQ Health offers a variety of exercise programs suited to all levels of mobility and fitness. We believe that no matter what your age, or current physical condition, it is never too late to get moving. Similarly, we offer wellness programs that enhance mental engagement and boost quality of life for people living with dementia.

Our tailored programs are coordinated by our experienced physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, and music therapists. The sessions are run in an encouraging, enjoyable, and safe environment. Run over a set number of weeks, the programs generally include pre- and post- assessment; allowing us to track your progress, from start to finish.

Our state-of-the-art gym equipment and treatment rooms located in McNally House at AQ Garden City Multi-Service Centre, Upper Mount Gravatt in Brisbane cater to both individual and group exercise programs.

Sessions are also run across our other sites.
