AQ @ Home are a home care package provider offering tailored and flexible support services that not only enable you and your loved one to remain at home but also keep you actively engaged within your local community for longer.
We offer a broad range of 24/7 options such as domestic assistance, nursing, medication assistance, lifestyle activities, allied health, and meal preparation. Information and respite services are also available to assist caregivers in taking a well-deserved break and enjoy activities like going on a holiday.
With AQ @ Home you can access allied health programs through our AQ Health and/or your provider of choice.

At your home or ours including short-term, day, or overnight to suit emergency, in-home, or centre-based needs
General maintenance or repairs
For your health, safety, and accessibility including flooring and pathway repairs to address slip and trip hazards, yard maintenance, and light gardening
Wellness & reablement programs and Allied Health services
Physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, music therapy, and more providing practical knowledge, skills, treatment, and programs.
Assistive technology
Prescriptions for mobility aids, communication devices, and personal safety
Accessing services and fees
Services can be accessed under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages (HCP). You will need an aged care assessment and may be asked to contribute an income tested care fee to AQ. Your income tested care fee is calculated by Services Australia (refer to myagedcare.gov.au). AQ can support you through the process to obtain a My Aged Care referral as needed. You can also pay for AQ services privately.
