Founded in 1983, Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) is Australia’s largest dementia association and a trusted provider of compassionate care and support for older Australians.

As a progressive, not-for-profit organisation, we provide world-class aged care services delivered by more than 500 dedicated professionals — including registered nurses, allied health specialists, lifestyle and community respite teams, and hospitality and domestic staff. Our services include in-home and centre-based community respite, support at home, specialist dementia care, a dementia advisory service, and long-term residential care. We work closely with families to tailor care that adapts as needs change, while always preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life.
