AQ @ Home services are flexible and tailored to not only enable you and your loved one to remain at home but also keep you actively engaged within your local community for longer.

We believe in supporting all older Australians towards wellness, being independent, and enjoying social connectedness. AQ @ Home offers compassionate assistance, support, and specialised care through a broad range of 24/7 options such as domestic assistance, nursing, medication assistance, lifestyle activities, allied health, and meal preparation. Additionally, we provide information and respite services to assist caregivers in taking a well-deserved break and enjoy activities like going on a holiday.

Our staff are specially trained to deliver comprehensive and tailored support, enabling you to continue to maintain an active and socially engaging lifestyle. With AQ @ Home you will feel empowered, valued, connected, and independent.

AQ also provide programs and allied health services including physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, music therapy, and more. Our one-on-one and group services are tailored to meet your individual needs and provide practical knowledge, skills, treatment, and programs.

Services can be accessed through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or Home Care Packages (HCP), and you can also pay for AQ services privately. Find out more about our services offered below and how to access on our  AQ @ Home webpage.

More about our services:

  • Assistive technology prescriptions for mobility aids, communication devices, and personal safety
  • Domestic assistance such as light cleaning and shopping for essential items
  • General maintenance or repairs for your health, safety, and accessibility including flooring and pathway repairs to address slip trip hazards, yard maintenance, and light gardening
  • Home modification assessments for items such as rails and ramps
  • Meal preparation and assistance with eating
  • Medication assistance and management
  • Nursing assistance with wound care and incontinence
  • Personal support including showering, bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Respite at your home or ours including short-term, day, or overnight to suit emergency, in-home, or centre-based needs
  • Social support, either individual or group, for when needing to get out and about in the community (i.e., for shopping or GP visits, attending events, daily phone calls, welfare checks, and companionship)
  • Transport to shopping, visiting health practitioners, and attending social events
  • Wellness & Reablement programs and Allied Health services such as physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, music therapy, and more providing practical knowledge, skills, treatment, and programs.
