Located in Upper Mount Gravatt in Brisbane’s south, Garden City Aged Care Accommodation provides a warm and welcoming environment where residents can enjoy an active lifestyle while receiving high-quality, personalised care.
We offer a strong active and outdoor lifestyle program, with a mix of group and individual activities designed to suit different interests and abilities. These include cultural celebration days, a music program, shopping trips, art classes, and gentle flexibility and fitness sessions.
Our wellness and enablement approach is supported by access to a range of visiting health professionals, including a dentist, physiotherapist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, and podiatrist. This helps residents maintain their health, mobility, and independence for as long as possible.

Our kitchenette rooms allow residents to enjoy independence while still receiving the level of care they need. Residents can relax in their own rooms or spend quality time with family and friends in the welcoming lounge areas and outdoor patio. Palm Court offers calm, comfortable spaces and opportunities to take part in everyday activities, such as home-style cooking.
All meals at Garden City are freshly prepared on site each day. The experience and aromas of home-style cooking help create a warm, familiar environment that truly feels like home.
Garden City’s commitment to quality care has been recognised through several Better Practice Awards, including a 2012 award for its leisure and lifestyle program and a 2014 award for its innovative use of technology.
Families can feel confident knowing our staff have strong knowledge and expertise in dementia care. Team members complete regular dementia-specific training to ensure care is respectful, personalised, and guided by each resident’s values and choices. Registered nurses are on site 24 hours a day to support residents with more complex health and care needs.

Elizabeth and Florence Court - single rooms (non-secure):
maximum refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) of $650,000 or maximum daily payments (DAP) of $136.23, or a combination of both, for example:
RAD of $325,000 and DAP of $68.12.
Palm Court - single rooms (secure):
maximum refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) of $650,000 or maximum daily payments (DAP) of $136.23, or a combination of both, for example:
RAD of $325,000 and DAP of $68.12.
