Windsor provides a range of accommodation options, including single or shared bedrooms with ensuites. The home’s open-plan design improves visibility and accessibility, helping residents move about more easily and enjoy a lifestyle that feels familiar and home-like.
This 61-bed home supports Ageing in Place across two traditionally designed cottages, Palmer and Thorne. Both cottages feature sun-protected outdoor areas where residents can enjoy meals, relax, or spend time outdoors. Purpose-built raised garden beds allow residents to share meaningful moments in the garden with family members, including visiting grandchildren.
All meals at Windsor are freshly prepared on site each day, creating the comforting sights and aromas of home-style cooking.
Our lifestyle program offers a variety of group and individual activities designed to support wellbeing and enjoyment. These include cooking activities, music programs, art appreciation and classes, and gentle flexibility and fitness sessions. Residents also have access to a range of visiting health professionals, including a geriatrician, physiotherapist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, and podiatrist.
Families can feel confident knowing that all Windsor residents are supported by staff with strong knowledge and expertise in dementia care. Our team undertakes regular dementia-specific training to ensure care is respectful, personalised, and guided by each resident’s individual choices and preferences.
As a nursing home specialising in dementia care, Windsor has registered nurses on site 24 hours a day, providing support for residents with complex medical and care needs.
Accommodation charges
Windsor shared rooms:
maximum refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) of $450,000 or maximum daily payments (DAP) of $94.32, or combination of both, for example:
RAD of $225,000 and DAP $47.16.
Windsor single rooms:
maximum refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) of $650,000 or (DAP) $136.23, or a combination of both, for example:
(RAD) $325,000 and (DAP) $68.12.
