Located in Brisbane’s inner city, Rosalie Nursing Care Centre is a women-only aged care home that offers families peace of mind, knowing their loved one is supported in a safe, caring, and socially connected environment.
Our experienced Rosalie team is specially trained in holistic dementia care and understands the unique needs of women as they age. We focus on helping each resident maintain an active, meaningful lifestyle, with opportunities to build friendships and stay engaged. Residents can choose to take part in a range of activities, including cooking, art and craft, happy hours, gentle fitness and flexibility sessions, shopping and coffee outings, pet therapy, and music programs.
We take a wellness and enablement approach to care, supporting residents to maintain their independence wherever possible. Families can feel reassured knowing their loved one has access to 24-hour registered nursing care, along with a team of visiting health professionals including dentists, a physiotherapist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, music therapist, and podiatrist.
AQ has proudly operated Rosalie Nursing Care Centre since 1999. It is well known within the Paddington community as a trusted specialist provider of dementia nursing care, supporting women and their families every step of the way.

Accommodation charges
A maximum refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) of $450,000, or maximum daily payments (DAP) of $94.32, or a combination of both. For example:
RAD of $225,000 and DAP $47.16.
