Our contemporary AQ Garden City Multi Service centre located in Upper Mt Gravatt, Brisbane South, offers a comprehensive range of services for those who are ageing and people living with dementia.
Our bespoke services are tailored to meeting your, or your loved one’s individual needs during this important life stage. AQ staff work with you, to identify the optimal level of care required, which can be delivered at your home, or in a safe, centre-based environment. Our services include:
- Short-term respite care
- Stay-at-home aged care services
- Help with food shopping & healthy meal prepping
- Participation in Upper Mt Gravatt local clubs & social outings
- Secure dementia care
- Emergency care.
AQ boasts state-of-the-art gym equipment and treatment rooms available exclusively at our Upper Mt Gravatt Centre, with group exercise programs suited to all levels of fitness and mobility.
Our centre-based respite and support services enable our clients to participate in a variety of social and wellness activities, small group outings, community functions, and local clubs, while their carers enjoy a well-earned break. AQ offer support to our clients with daily tasks, including shopping and medication management. This flexible service is accessible hourly or daily, with opportunities for weekend, early morning, and evening respite. Families can also access our overnight and emergency respite for up to a week, with all meals & activities provided, which can be arranged at relatively short notice.
