AQ @ Home services services are available in Brisbane, Logan, Toowoomba, Ipswich and the Gold Coast.
From 1 November 2025, the Support at Home program replaced the Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care programs.
AQ @ Home is a Support at Home provider, offering help in your own home and out in your community. Our goal is to support you and your loved ones to keep living at home for longer, while staying active, independent, and connected to the people and places you enjoy.
We offer flexible, personalised support that is tailored to your needs. A helpful guide for older people, families, and carers is available on the Department’s website.
With AQ @ Home, you can choose services funded by the Government or arrange services privately — giving you more choice and control over your care.
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can include:
-
Help with household tasks
-
Nursing and medication assistance
-
Meal preparation
-
Allied health services
-
Lifestyle and social activities
We also provide information and respite support for carers, so caregivers can take a well-earned break, spend time with family and friends, or even enjoy a holiday. AQ @ Home clients can also access allied health programs through AQ Health.

Accessing services and fees
Community and Home Support services can be funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or the Support at Home (SaH) program.
To receive Government-funded services, you will need a My Aged Care assessment. You may be asked to pay a small fee, based on your income and assets. This assessment is completed by Services Australia.
AQ can help guide you through this process.
You can also choose to pay privately for AQ services.
